Trulens provides software and services for paperless and hassle-free documentation. Such services include, but are not limited to, the generation, facilitation, management, and distribution of electronic signatures; storage, sharing, digitisation, validation, and verification of documents based on user identity ("Services").

Rights & Responsibilities of the User

Rights

• The User may subscribe to all or part of the Services offered by the Company from time to time.
• The User may discontinue, cancel, or unsubscribe from their subscription or account at any time. However, unless otherwise specified, the Company shall not be liable to refund any fees already paid by the User for the Services.
• The User may opt out of promotional communications sent by the Company. However, transactional or service-related communications necessary for providing the Services may still be sent.
• The User retains ownership rights over all Content submitted to the Company, as described above.

Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for all Content submitted to the Company. Any claims relating to such Content, including claims involving copyright, trademarks, licensing, or intellectual property rights, shall be the sole responsibility of the User.

The User represents and warrants that all submitted Content is free from viruses, malware, trojans, malicious scripts, or other harmful code.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials and shall immediately notify the Company in the event of unauthorised access, theft, or compromise of account credentials.

The User shall not use the Services to:

Rights & Responsibilities of the Company

Rights

• Refuse Services where registration or compliance requirements are not fulfilled
• Automatically renew subscriptions in accordance with the subscribed plan and applicable terms
• Communicate with Users regarding transactional and informational matters

The Company may publish the User's name, logo, testimonials, or usage references for case studies, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Responsibilities

• The Company shall take reasonable measures to maintain the security of the Site and associated systems.
• The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability and performance.
• The Company may periodically perform maintenance or upgrades and shall provide notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably possible.

• The Company shall provide invoices and receipts for applicable fees paid by the User.

Intellectual Property Rights
